Disney on Ice Dare to Dream – Our Review

July 9, 2015

We were very lucky to be given tickets to Disney on Ice Dare to Dream opening show in Sydney this week. The girls and I went on a girls date with one of my daughters best friends, and we were all excited.

Our seats were fantastic, the way the arena is designed ensures a good view wherever you are seated. The show started with everyone’s favourites – Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofey and Daffy Duck and a dance number which had us on the edge of our seats.

From Snow White to Cinderella to Tangled and more, the show is an extravaganza of songs, dancing, audience interaction, hold your breath moments and laughter.

The sets are amazing, the ice skating is flawless, the costumes are breathtaking and the props are unbelievable. Both the kids and I were enthralled from beginning to end.

The highlight for me was Snow White, I have had an obsession with this story since I was a little girl. The girls loved it all. Bring your wallet, there is a huge array of merchandise you can purchase before, during and after the show. We caught public transport there and back, however there is parking on site.

We took our girls down to Brisbane to see Disney on Ice two weeks ago, it was fabulous. Miss 5 and Miss 3 loved the show, especially the funny bits. The merchandise did seem a little over the top, my girls didn’t ask though so all was good. We had our car with us, so parked, going in is all directed parking and easy, leaving though was a dogs dinner.
